Shipping & Cancellation

Packages get dispatched 14 to 28 days after receipt of payment as the artwork goes to print on full payment confirmation only. Payments will go to Vector & Pixel (authorised representative for Carole Ayres online sales - ABN: 87959848580). Artwork then goes to the artist, Carole Ayres, from the printer for sign-off and authentication. Once authenticated, it will be picked up by the shipping company for dispatch to you.

Shipping costs are added to the purchase price and are calculated based on your location. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will dispatch at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect prints.

Boxes are amply sized, and canvas well-protected. 

Please note: Because there are printers costs, processing and courier costs involved with orders placed on our site, we cannot refund or do not accept order cancellations after orders have been submitted.

DELIVERY OF GOODS

Physical goods may be delivered by Australia Post and/or other reputable courier companies. Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment. Delivery may take between 14 to 28 days, as printing only takes place after an order is received online. Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post or the courier company directly. We are not responsible for goods that are damaged in transit or not received. Replacement of damaged or lost items will be made at the discretion of Vector & Pixel.
